Return Policy
Returns
You may
return all new, unopened items sold by Myfishstory.com
within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay
the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should
expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving
your package to the return shipper. This time period
includes the transit time for us to receive your return from
the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to
process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business
days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund
request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail
of your refund once we've received and processed the
returned item.
Items that
are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery will
not receive a refund.
Delivery
Dates
When you
place an order, the estimated delivery dates for your order
is based on the availability of your items and the shipping
options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in
the order form. After placing your order, you will see both
shipping and delivery date estimates in the order
confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your
Account. View your Account within your Tackle box.
Services
All
services provided by Myfishstory.com are prepaid for the
length of time specified. All services will be available for
all users and guides for each prepaid term as long as
Myfishstory.com is conducting business. There is no warranty
or refunds for any prepaid
services provided by Myfishstory.com. |
